NYC Bus Ride Information 

2008 NEW YORK CITY MARATHON BUS  

Thank you for your support
Need a ride to and from the 2008 NYC Marathon?
If so, please read on.
Bosco’s Buddies will provide buses to the New York City Marathon. Buses will
depart from the CRANFORD, NJ VFW (Click here for directions) at 6:30 AM  *SHARP on Sunday, November 2nd. Please arrive as early as possible. (No later than 6:00 AM) Port-O-Potties will be available on site. Buses will transport runners and spectators/volunteers to the start in Staten Island.
*Please Note:
The Buses will leave at 6:30AM with or without you
so please get there Early!!!

Refreshments will be available and, once you depart for the marathon start, we will transport bags and spectators/volunteers to our rest haven in Manhattan.
The, Saint Paul the Apostle Church, is located at 59th Street and 9th Avenue. After crossing the finish line and joining us, your bags, super refreshments and "massage" will await you. Buses will depart for NJ when full with the last bus departing at 6:00 pm

The Bosco's Buddies buses will depart from the Cranford VFW at 6:30 AM SHARP on Sunday, November 2nd, 2008.

Please ARRIVE no later than 6:00 AM. Earlier would be appreciated.
Buses will leave precisely at 6:30 AM !!

Driving Directions to Cranford VFW:
The Cranford VFW is located on South Avenue (just off Centennial Avenue).
Take Garden State Parkway to Exit 137. Right turn off exit. Make Left turn at traffic light (about 1 mile) onto Centennial Avenue. Make left at next light onto South Avenue. VFW is 50 years ahead on left.

Walking Directions to Saint Paul the Apostle Church
The Church located on 59th & 60th Street and Columbus Avenue. The Church is the entire block. "Enter" on Columbus Avenue!!)

Here are walking directions to the Church:
From: W 72nd St & Central Park
To: W 60th St & Columbus Ave 
                                 1. Start out going SOUTHEAST on W 72ND ST toward CENTRAL PARK W.
         2. Turn RIGHT onto CENTRAL PARK W.
      3. Walk towards COLUMBUS CIRCLE. 
                               4. Turn RIGHT onto W 60TH ST. (walk through small courtyard) 
  5. End at W 60th St & Columbus Ave
6. Church sits between 59th & 60th
