Training
Webster's Dictionary defines training as: to make prepared (as by exercise) for a test of skill, to aim at an object or objective, every effort toward success to undergo instruction, discipline, or drill.

Remember to warm up for at least 5 minutes before stretching and/orintense training. Be sure to drink plenty of water before, during and afterprolonged exercise. If you experience excessive sweat loss, include aelectrolyte drink (ie Gaterade).

Certain amounts of stiffness is normal at first, but if you hurt a joint or pull a muscle or tendon stop the activity for several days to avoid more serious injury and consult a physician if necessary. Pay attention to warning signals. You need to stop exercising immediately and consult a doctor if you have; Pain or pressure anywhere from you neck to your navel, dizziness, an abnormal heart rhythm, unusual shortness of breath or nausea all can be signs of a serious problem. Please consult your personal physician before performing any rigorous activity.
